COVID-19 Level Three

Dear Customers,

From Tuesday 28th April, Mobility Plus will be OPEN with contactless trading for ALL purchases. We will be operating under strict health and safety guidelines (as per government recommendations) to keep our team and customers safe.
Please read on about how you can safely purchase products from us.

OUR SUPERSTORE will remain closed to customers, but there are many other ways to purchase from us. Please see below for options.

ORDER ONLINE with goods DELIVERED to you with FREE shipping:
Orders placed online whilst in level 3 lockdown will be dispatched daily. Please note: there may be some delays with delivery due to the current situation with the couriers, and this is out of our hands. We will do our utmost to be quick, but please be understanding during these unprecedented times.

All deliveries must remain contactless.

CLICK AND COLLECT and PICK UP in Store:
Purchase online and elect one person to collect your purchase from our retail store in Mount Maunganui. After placing your order please wait to hear from us. We will notify you when your order is ready to collect. All orders must be paid in full prior to collection, and via contactless methods (i.e. no cash or eftpos payments on collection).

CLICK and COLLECT Process:
Mobility Plus will be following the Ministry of Health guidelines whilst working in store. Staff will pick your order and contact you when it is available for collection. Unfortunately, customers are unable to enter our store (as per government guidelines), so you will need to line up outside the building with 2m social distancing in place between yourself and any other customer (and our staff where possible). You may request products at the door of the store, and our team will then collect and bring it to you. Please note that staff are unable to assist with loading goods into your vehicle and you will need to bring someone to help if necessary. We also need to keep a register of customer contact details and thank you for your co-operation with this. Please do not arrive to pick up an order unless we have contacted you first.

HIRE EQUIPMENT:
Our hire service is unavailable until further notice, due to the high risk of infection transmission. We appreciate your understanding with this. As soon as normal trading services resume, we anticipate our hire equipment will become available once again. We will update you as the situation becomes clear.
